Cancellation Policy
Effective as of January 1, 2026
Please read the following Cancellation & Registration Policy carefully before registering for any Alpha 1 Tactical class or event. By registering for a class, you accept and agree to be bound by this policy.
All Sales Are Final
All sales are final. No refunds will be given for any cancellations.
Credit can be used for a future class if cancellation notice is given more than 14 days before the date of the event. Inside of 14 days, no refund or credit will be issued.
Registration & Payment
Your spot will not be guaranteed unless you have registered and submitted payment in full.
Unannounced Attendance
Please do not show up to any event if you have not registered and been in contact with someone from Alpha 1. Anyone who shows up unannounced and without the prior approval of an instructor will be turned away.
Credit & Future Classes
When a cancellation is received with more than 14 days' notice, a credit equal to the class amount paid (for example, $85) will be issued automatically as a coupon that can be applied to a future Alpha 1 Tactical class. Credits are non-transferable and carry no cash value.
